natasha & jon// canlis wedding

natasha-jon-seattle-wedding (26 of 292)_seattle wedding.jpgListen, we’re here to give the people what they want, and if Instagram has anything to say about it YOU WANT MORE JON & NATASHA. Such purity of heart! Two days after their Artist Point Elopement, this new family of three trekked back to say their vows more publicly (it took me four tries to spell that right, what?) at their intimate Canlis wedding.

Yes- we are all crying about it. But please wipe your tears to observe the insane design elements of this wedding. Throwing a small wedding doesn’t have to mean you skip the design details! In fact, having fewer people often means you can invest a little more time and energy into the little details, like a custom caricature of each guest (I want that).

Natasha and Jon are iconic and this wedding is a legend in our books. What an honor to be included.

Ugh. Instagram captions. What the hell?

I've spent countless moments of my life staring at a blank instagram caption box. Try something - delete it. Put a quote in there - delete it. But I had a secret weapon... I'd just hand the phone to my wife. She's is a witty and wise firestorm of a woman and I love her for it. Apparently, so does instagram. Her irreverent, meandering, and poignant-as-hell captions have created a sense of community in our lives so that everywhere we travel, there’s usually someone willing to show us around (not to mention insta alone has literally put thousands of dollars in our bank account). So I made her sit down and explain what goes through her curly little head whenever her thumbs click away at her phone keyboard. Put your email below for her free guide on how to write insta captions that people actually care about and make the whole process (dare we say it) fun.. -Tim
